Cheery Cherry Smoothie

1 Banana
1 Cup Frozen Cherries
½ Cup Frozen Pineapple
Coconut Milk enough to cover fruit
1 Tablespoon of Honey


Start by peeling one banana. I always put the banana in the blender first, it helps keep the blade from getting stuck on the frozen fruit. Next I add the frozen pineapple and cherries. Pour in the coconut milk in the blender until it reaches the top of the fruit.  Cover and blend. Once the frozen fruit is incorporated, add the honey while blending. I serve mine in mason jars, just for fun. Enjoy!
